100% flexible: Reservations can be changed or cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before the day of arrival. In case of cancellation of the reservation out of the established period, 50% of the stay will be charged to your card. In case of no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.
Semiflex:Reservations can be modified or cancelled without charge up to 7 days before the day of arrival. In case of cancellation of the reservation outside the established period, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged to your card. In case of no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.
Non Refundable: the payment of the reservation will be made in full at the time of the confirmation. In case of cancellation, the amount paid will not be refunded, but you will be able to change the dates of the stay if you reserve directly with us. In this case, if the price of the reservation is higher than the one of the initial reservation, the client will pay the difference.
